What the Pro assistant coach does and doesn't do

Every morning he plans the team focus, intensity and individual training, and before kick-off he sets style and mentality for the opponent. If you give no half-time orders, he does.

He only applies rules every manager can apply by hand. Your formation and line-up stay yours, and you can switch him off at any time.

Training stimulus: one rule for everyone

If the team focus stays the same, the training stimulus drops: days 1 and 2 full, day 3 85%, from day 4 70%. Changing the focus resets it. The rule is the same for every manager. The Pro assistant coach keeps the stimulus up automatically.

AI transparency

Our illustrations, for example the title image, stadiums and manager portraits, were created with the Grok (xAI) image generator and selected by us. They do not show real people, clubs or places.

Crests, kits and player pictures are generated by the game itself using fixed rules. Match calculation, the assistant coach, computer-controlled clubs, the ticker and reports also follow fixed rules. We do not use generative AI for them.
